For Cooking the Tasty Chicken​ Masala :

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 large onions, finely chopped
  • 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Marinate the Chicken

  • In a bowl, combine yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and Chettinad masala. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for better flavor absorption.

Cook the Chicken
